Rest only as much as necessary between exercises.
Quick Notes
- Keep the reverse lunges controlled. Do not rush the reps.
- Pause briefly at the top of each row.
- On the lateral lunge, move slowly and keep the working foot planted.
- For suitcase carries, stay tall and resist leaning toward the weight.
- If sleep has been rough, use the loaded march or step-ups instead of swings.
Context
This is the second quick strength workout. It complements Workout 1 instead of repeating the same movement patterns.
Workout 1 covers the big basics: squat, hinge, push, pull-up, press, swing, and carry. Workout 2 adds more single-leg work, horizontal pulling, lateral movement, shoulder control, and anti-lateral-flexion core work.
