Stir Fried Sugar Snap PeasFebruary 17, 2026Tiago Valverde1 min readIngredients Sugar snap peas (about 1 kg) Salt Black pepper 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1 onion (alternatively 4 cloves of garlic and/or ginger) Canola oil Tools Needed Wok or frying pan Wooden turner Cutting board Knife Instructions 1.Wash the sugar snap peas. 2.Mince the ginger. 3.Mince the garlic. 4.Add canola oil onto the wok over medium-high heat. 5.Add minced garlic and ginger and let it cook for about a minute, while stirring. 6.Add sugar snap peas and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
