Steamed Corn

Ingredients

Peel the corn and wash it thoroughly under cold water.

Fill a pot with enough water to sit just below the steamer basket.

Bring the water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, place the corn into the steamer basket.

Cover and steam the corn for 5 to 7 minutes, or until bright yellow and tender.

Keep the water level below the steamer basket so the corn steams instead of boils.
Cooking time can vary slightly depending on the size and freshness of the corn.
