Mushroom, Spinach & Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 big mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Notes

  • Do not stir after adding the eggs — covering the pan traps steam and cooks the top without flipping.
  • Any melting cheese works well: mozzarella, cheddar, or a Mexican blend.
  • Add a pinch more chilli flakes for extra heat.
