Mushroom, Spinach & Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 big mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chilli flakes

Notes
- Do not stir after adding the eggs — covering the pan traps steam and cooks the top without flipping.
- Any melting cheese works well: mozzarella, cheddar, or a Mexican blend.
- Add a pinch more chilli flakes for extra heat.
