Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients (Chicken)
- 6 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 4.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into small cubes)
- Salt
- Black pepper
Ingredients (Glaze)
- 9 T honey (or 6 T for less sweetness)
- 9 T low-sodium soy sauce
- 9 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 t red pepper flakes (optional)

- Whisk
- Large skillet
- Tongs or spatula

Notes
- Keep salt light since the soy sauce brings plenty of seasoning.
- Reduce honey for a less sweet glaze or add more red pepper flakes for heat.
- Chicken thighs work well too; adjust cook time as needed.
